Pay Rates: £13.26 – £19.89 per hour | Weekly Pay

Are you looking for an immediate start with a leading logistics and supply chain partner? We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join the active team in Swindon. No prior warehouse experience is required—just a positive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in!

Shift Patterns & Competitive Pay

• Days & Backs (06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00): £13.26 per hour
• Nights (22:00 – 06:00): £16.58 per hour
• Overtime (Over 40 hours – All Shifts): £19.89 per hour
• Structure: Full-time (40 hours/week), working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rotational basis. Includes a 30-minute paid break!

Key Responsibilities

• Order picking, packing, receiving, binning, loading, and unloading clothing and home products using electronic equipment.
• Handle heavy lifting (items up to 25kg) and active physical tasks (standing, bending, stretching, and reaching).
• Maintain high standards of quality, attention to detail, and strict adherence to workplace hygiene and safety processes.
• Successfully pass a simple initial aptitude test.
