Job summary

Olleco in Southampton is seeking a Warehouse Operative to unload waste cooking oil from vehicles, pick items for deliveries, load waste cooking oil onto collection vehicles, and keep the yard clean and tidy. The role supports safety and efficiency in our growing depot network.

Ideal candidates have a full driving licence and forklift experience; training and coaching are provided to develop essential skills for our operations and career progression within Olleco.

Qualifications

• Willing to learn; coaching and support provided.
• We will be looking for: a full, valid driving licence.
• Previous experience of operating a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Unloading waste cooking oil from vehicles.
• Picking items for deliveries and loading these onto vehicles.
• Loading waste cooking oil on to collection vehicles.
• Ensuring the yard is kept clean and tidy.

We are now looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team and help us to continue to do things the right way for customers, colleagues and the planet.

With over 1,000 colleagues in multiple sites nationwide delivering excellent performance, we supply premium cooking oils and collect organic waste, which is then converted into bio-methane, electricity, heat and organic fertiliser. We offer the human touch with local, community-based depots which seek to give back to those communities at every chance we get.
