Join Our Clients Team as a Warehouse Operative - Stafford (ST18)

Looking for a role where your hard work truly makes a difference? Our client in Stafford is growing fast, and we're looking for reliable Warehouse Operatives to join their high-energy team. You'll need your own transport due to the location, and all applicants must be 18+.

Pay & Shifts

Warehouse Step 2 (Packing - E-Commerce)

• Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
• Overtime: £18.32 per hour (after 37.5 hrs)
• Shifts: Sun‑Thu or Tue‑Sat
• 06:00‑14:00 / 14:00‑22:00 (rotating)

Warehouse Step 2 + LLOP (Picking - E-Commerce)

• Pay rate: £12.36 per hour basic
• Overtime: £18.54 per hour (after 37.5 hrs)
• Shifts: Sun‑Thu or Tue‑Sat
• 06:00‑14:00 / 14:00‑22:00 (rotating)

You must be able to work rotating weekly shifts. No part‑time options available.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Picking, packing, prepping & wrapping orders for dispatch
• Carrying out quality checks
• Completing paperwork accurately
• Maintaining high levels of accuracy and care
• Working at pace to hit targets (KPI‑driven)
• Keeping work areas clean, organised, and compliant
• Future training on LLOP MHE Picking
