Great opportunity to work as a Freezer Warehouse Operative at our client’s busy site in Northampton.

Rate of Pay – £14.30 - £25.60 per hour.

Initial 12‑week period:

• AM: £14.30 per hour, overtime £21.82
• PM: £16.19 per hour, overtime £23.82
• Nights: £16.68 per hour, overtime £24.31

After 12 weeks:

• AM: £15.11 per hour, overtime £23.87
• PM: £17.00 per hour, overtime £25.08
• Nights: £17.49 per hour, overtime £25.60

Saturday extra: £0.38
Sunday extra: £0.75

Hours – Full‑time, rotational days & afternoons 5 out of the 7:

• 6am to 2pm
• 2pm to 10pm

The responsibilities of a Freezer Warehouse Operative include:

• Picking and packing frozen food using LLOP, electric trucks and Talkman
• Working to meet customer performance standards
• Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures
• Performing other general warehouse duties as required

Ideal Candidate – Flexible approach to working hours; weekend work is essential.
Punctuality, basic numeracy and conversational English are essential.
Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred but not essential – initial and ongoing training will be provided.
