Job summary

A well-established manufacturing and distribution company in Ringwood is seeking a Warehouse Operative. This role offers long-term stability with consistent night shift hours from Sunday to Thursday. You will play a key part in ensuring products are accurately dispatched, joining a close-knit team. Prior warehouse experience and a proactive attitude are preferred. Warehouse Operative | Ringwood | £31,000

Looking to join a well-established manufacturing and distribution business where your contribution is valued? This Warehouse Operative role offers long‑term stability, consistent night shift hours, and the chance to grow your skillset in a supportive environment. Working Sunday to Thursday, 8pm to 5am, you’ll be part of a small, close‑knit warehouse team, playing a key role in ensuring products are dispatched accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work well in a small team
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise across departments
  • A forklift licence is desirable but not essential.
