A leading beverage company in Reydon is seeking a Warehouse Operative to manage stock and maintain safety standards. The role entails picking stock, completing paperwork, and supporting general warehousing duties. Ideal candidates are physically fit with good communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Warehouse Operative – 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm. Fixed term contract until Saturday 3rd January 2026. Our Distribution Centre is just a couple of miles from our Southwold brewery and is the hub for Adnams beers, spirits and wine.

As a Warehouse Operative you will pick and replenish stock using electronic handheld devices, complete accurate paperwork and perform general warehousing duties while Health and Safety guidelines are adhered to. Housekeeping on a day‑to‑day basis is imperative and all team members keep the workplace safe and tidy.
Previous experience in a similar role or environment is preferred, a Forklift licence is advantageous but not compulsory as full training will be given. Physical fitness, agility and core body strength are essential. Good communication skills, customer focus, true team player and adaptability to a range of tasks are required. Polite and well‑mannered nature is essential when customer facing. Ideal candidates provide flexibility, may work more hours in busy periods, and may shift change at short notice.
