We are currently looking for a full-time permanent Warehouse Operative to come and join us at our site in Norwich on behalf of our customer,Virgin Media. You will be working Monday – Friday,07:00 -16:00 which will be your permanent hours.

Please be advised that you will be required to support warehouse and driving (van) duties.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
  • Ensuring that products are processed and handled correctly throughout the warehouse
  • Operating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and carry out assigned computer-based
  • Responding to customer queries and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Carrying van driving duties when requested
  • Undertaking special projects, providing statistics, and reports as required
What you need to succeed at GXO
  • Category B driving license
  • Ability to drive a sprinter Van 2 days a week (06:00 – 15:00)
  • Proficiency in computer-based tasks, including creating and managing spreadsheets
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers daily, both face-to-face and over the phone
