Job summary

Pertemps Northampton is hiring a full-time Warehouse Operative at its Brackmills distribution centre in Northampton. You will primarily operate a Low-Level Order Picker (LLOP), perform stock movement, order picking, loading/unloading, and manual handling as required.

Two shift patterns are available: Sunday to Thursday 06:00–14:00 and Thursday to Monday 10:00–18:00, with enhanced rates after 18:00. Prior warehouse experience is beneficial but full training may be provided.

Qualifications

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our busy distribution centre in Brackmills, Northampton. The role involves working as part of a fast-paced logistics team ensuring goods are picked, moved, and prepared accurately and efficiently. You will primarily operate a Low-Level Order Picker (LLOP), but the position will also involve manual handling and lifting of products as required.

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (up to 18:00) £15.21 per hour (after 18:00)
