Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in the United Kingdom is seeking individuals for warehouse and decontamination roles. The responsibilities include managing stock, decontaminating equipment, and maintaining the service centre. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a hard-working attitude, and preferably a full UK driving licence. Full training will be provided, alongside competitive benefits including a salary of £25,396.80 per annum and 25 days holiday.

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse/decontamination experience is desirable.
  • Full training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with the team and external suppliers.
  • Keen to develop within the role and company.

  • Decontamination of community equipment.
  • Stock management, including labelling and logging of equipment.
  • Picking, packing and loading equipment to assist installers.
  • Updating order and stock systems using a scanner.
  • Maintenance and housekeeping of the service centre.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Decontamination of community equipment
  • Day‑to‑day efficient running of the warehouse and decontamination areas
  • Stock management, including labelling and logging of equipment
  • Picking, packing and loading equipment to assist installers
  • Logging special orders and communicating receipts to the customer‑services team
  • Updating order and stock systems using a scanner
  • Quarantine, sterilise and re‑pack equipment and ensure paperwork is documented, logged and filed
  • Maintenance and housekeeping of the service centre, including repairs of equipment such as PAT testing
  • Participation in an ad‑hoc weekend rota
  • Assist field‑based Installation Technicians on occasion

Qualifications

This role is working in a regulated activity and may be subject to a DBS disclosure, satisfactory references and Social Media Screening.

  • Previous warehouse/decontamination experience is desirable but full training will be provided.
  • Computer literate – previous experience using stock management systems would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with the team and external suppliers.
  • Keen to develop within the role and company.
  • Hard‑working, driven and motivated.
  • Full UK driving licence is preferred.
