Job summary

Baker Recruitment Group in Chesterfield is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a busy site. You will work 4 on 4 off or 12-hour day/night shifts in a chilled environment, with a pay rate of £12.80 per hour days and £13.40 per hour nights. Training runs 10:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, for one week. Opportunities to progress exist for reliable, detail‑oriented team players.

Baker Recruitment Group are pleased to be working alongside our client based in Chesterfield. Due to continued business growth and expansion, we are looking to recruit Warehouse Operatives to join this busy operation.

Shift pattern is as follows:

4 on 4 off Must be able to work these shifts. 6am till 6pm

Or

6.00pm - 6.00am

Pay rate: Days: £12.80ph Nights: £13.40ph

Training would be for one week 10.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

Working in a busy environment you will be involved with the loading, unloading some wrapping and packing of goods. This role would involve working in a chilled environment. As our client is extremely customer focused you will be expected to demonstrate an excellent level of quality in your work and will always work to a high standard. With good communication skills, you will be a team player with a flexible attitude to work. You must have excellent attention to detail, be enthusiastic with a thirst to learn, develop and progress.
