Job summary

Pertemps Southampton in North Baddesley is seeking a Warehouse Operations Team Member to join a fast-paced, time-critical operation. You will book goods in and out, pick and pack orders, and prepare dispatch documents in a busy distribution environment.

The role offers £13.50 per hour PAYE, full-time permanent employment, with shift hours 08:00 to 18:00, Monday to Sunday, plus 21 days annual leave and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English is required.
• Literate and numerate abilities.
• Experience in a similar environment preferred.
• Driving licence is required.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Pivot Steer Forklift Certificate provided.

Responsibilities

• Booking goods in and out.
• Picking and packing orders for dispatch.
• Preparing and sending commercial invoices/dangerous goods notes.
• Stock replenishment and stock control.
• Administrative duties related to warehouse operations.

About the Role

Pertemps are looking for a team orientated Warehouse Team Member to join our client in North Baddesley on a permanent basis.

You will have a can-do and positive attitude with excellent team working skills. We run a very fast paced busy operation working to time critical deadlines with a requirement to work and think on your feet.
