Job summary

Ideal Bathrooms, part of the Wolseley Group, is seeking two part-time Warehouse Operatives to join our Milton Keynes site. You will pick, pack and dispatch orders, moving stock around a busy warehouse and operating MHE where trained.

Shifts are 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, evenings 6pm–10pm, with opportunities to gain in-house MHE licences (VNA, Bendi, Pivot Steer) and access to great employee benefits. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• MHE (Forklift) experience advantageous
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role involving lifting, loading and walking
• Opportunity to gain in-house MHE licences (VNA, Bendi, Pivot Steer)

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing and loading customer orders accurately and safely
• Moving and replenishing stock throughout the warehouse
• Operating MHE equipment where trained and authorised

As a Warehouse Operative based in Milton Keynes , you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and efficiently. Working as part of a busy warehouse team, you'll help keep stock moving safely while delivering excellent service to our customers.
