Fulfilment Centre Operative – Milton Keynes

£12.50 per hour | Ongoing work | Immediate start.

We’re looking for two reliable and hardworking Fulfilment Operatives to join a busy Milton Keynes-based logistics centre during its peak period. This role will involve supporting both Inbound and Outbound departments, with a key focus on packing, picking, and stock replenishment.

The Role

You’ll be working across two departments to keep the operation running smoothly:

Outbound (Sunday & Monday)

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Maintaining accuracy and speed under pressure

Inbound (Tuesday–Thursday)

• Replenishing stock for the Robotics section
• Supporting Goods In and general warehouse operations

If you have strong Goods In experience, a full‑time Inbound role may be available.

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and self‑motivated, able to work without micromanagement
• Computer literate and confident using handheld devices (for pickers)
• Fluent in English, with great attention to detail
• Physically fit and ready to work in a fast‑paced environment

Key Details

• Pay: £12.50 per hour
• Location: Milton Keynes
• Shifts: Sunday to Thursday
• Peak Period: Sunday working required from December onwards
• Holidays: No annual leave approved during Christmas–January (potentially February)
