Job summary

Aligra Personnel Ltd is recruiting a Warehouse Operative in Ipswich to join our client’s team. The role involves scanning, sorting, packing, and heavy lifting, with a focus on accuracy and safe, efficient warehouse operations.

Working hours are 2am to 9am, with immediate availability. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential; English language skills are essential for clear communication and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of warehouse tasks, including scanning, sorting, and heavy lifting.
• Ensure all products are stored and labeled correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Prepare orders for delivery or pick up by checking for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in loading and unloading merchandise from delivery vehicles or containers.
• Use warehouse management systems to input data and track inventory.
• Conduct regular stock checks to identify any discrepancies or issues.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.

Working Hours: 2am - 9.30am
