Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is hiring at its Speke Distribution Centre in the UK. This full-time, permanent role offers in-house training on a range of Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) and a fast-paced warehouse environment focused on accuracy and teamwork.

Job description

Are you looking to enter the world of Warehousing and Logistics? Or perhaps you already have Warehousing experience and are looking to join one of the UK’s largest retailers?

We are currently searching for enthusiastic colleagues to join B&M in our Distribution Centre in Speke.

The Shift Pattern(s) available are: Various

Various salary uplifts available depending on shift and level of training.

This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis. You will be given full, inhouse training on various MHE.

What you’ll be doing:

Warehouse colleagues are responsible for picking, packing and loading/unloading our stock onto our fleet of vehicles. They do this with speed, accuracy and above all, teamwork. This role will require manual handling of boxes up to 25KG.

Please note: We do not have cold storage or freezers in our warehouses.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packaging items from our warehouse, ready for distribution to our stores (full training will be provided)
• Loading and unloading of HGV containers
• Safe usage of our Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) including LLOP’s and PPT’s (full training will be provided)
