Job summary

Pertemps Bond is seeking a Warehouse Operative for a client in Hykeham, near Lincoln, in the returns department. Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00, paying £12.91 per hour. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, with a permanent contract offered after a successful initial period.

You will check returned items for damage, process them according to procedures, sort stock for resale, repair, or disposal, and keep records up to date while maintaining a safe, clean warehouse.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to carry out heavy lifting and manual handling throughout the shift.
• Good attention to detail when checking returned items.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work full-time hours.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Own transport may be beneficial due to location.
