Job summary

The Recruitment Group is recruiting a Warehouse Operative for a busy Sherburn area site in North Yorkshire. The role covers picking, packing and re-working of well-known fizzy drinks, with a Monday to Friday day shift and 6:00am–2:00pm hours. You will work in a busy warehouse environment focused on quality and safety.

Excellent attendance, reliability and the ability to work as part of a team are essential. Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required.

We’re recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established operation in the Sherburn area.

You’ll be working within a busy warehouse and production environment, handling well-known fizzy drink and soft drink products. The role involves a mixture of re-working, picking, packing and preparing products ready for dispatch.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent daytime hours, ongoing work and their weekends free.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

• Picking and packing fizzy drinks and other soft drink products.
• Carrying out re-work activities to prepare products for dispatch.
• Packing and repacking products according to customer requirements.
• Completing case packing accurately and efficiently.
• Checking products and packaging to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Preparing stock ready for dispatch.
• Moving and handling products safely.
• Working across different projects and tasks throughout the day.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
• Working as part of a team to achieve daily targets.
