Pertemps Redditch Industrial is recruiting a Warehouse Operative for a busy site in Hartlebury. The role involves picking and packing orders, using hand scanners, and ensuring stock is dispatched accurately.

The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, be reliable, physically fit and able to work as part of a team. Hours are Monday to Friday, paying £12.71 per hour.

Warehouse Operative

Location: Hartlebury

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse based in Hartlebury.

The RoleAs a Warehouse Operative, your main responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Using hand scanners to locate and process stock
• Loading and unloading goods where required
• Moving stock around the warehouse
• Ensuring orders are prepared correctly and ready for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and organise working environment

About YouThe ideal candidate will:

• Have previous warehouse experience, although full training can be provided
• Be comfortable using hand scanners
• Have good attention to detail
• Be reliable and hardworking
• Be physically fit, as some items can be fairly heavy
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
