What do you need to be successful as a Warehouse Operative?

We provide training to ensure you have the necessary knowledge and skills for port and shipping operations. We hire based on attitude and train for success!

  • Health and safety conscious
  • Team player committed to safe and timely work completion

  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Full UK driving license
  • Valid or expired Counterbalance Forklift Truck license
  • HGV license
  • Valid or expired Payloader/Shovel license
  • Experience in roles such as port operative, stevedore, CSCS laborer, plant driver, forklift driver, shovel driver, vehicle banksman, slinger banksman, crane driver, quarry operative, warehouse operative, weighbridge operator is highly desirable
  • Experience operating a radio
