Job summary

Kingdom People are recruiting for several warehouse operatives to work at one of our client's sites in Heywood (OL10 2TT). The customer is a leading e-commerce warehouse that operates within sports/clothing environment.

The role offers £12.71 per hour and shifts from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, with temporary to permanent opportunities. Benefits include free parking on site, free tea and coffee, and the chance for additional hours during weekends, with a friendly on-site team to support

Qualifications

• Be able to work an 8‑hour shift.
• Previous warehouse experience is required.
• Able to commute to Heywood OL10 2TT.
• Basic communication in English (written and spoken).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Check the product matches the packaging.
• Pack products using a hand scanner.
• Pick products from locations (clothes/shoes).
• Follow site rules and procedures.
• Fill in paperwork as required.
• Quality control of products.
• Report issues to team leader.
• Manual handling will be required.

Warehouse Operatives will be expected to do the following tasks (list is not exhaustive):

• Checking that the product matches the packaging
• Packing products using hand scanner
• Picking products from location (clothes/shoes)
• Following site rules and procedures
• Filling in paperwork if required
• Quality control of products
• Reporting issues to team leader
• Manual handling will be required

Requirements:

Warehouse Operatives ideally need to fulfil the following requirements:

• Be able to work 8 hr shift
