Job summary

US Embassy London is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operative for our West Hendon warehouse. You will load, unload, and transport goods, prepare welcome kits, conduct inventories, and assist with official visits and events, ensuring security and efficiency of our logistics operations.

Role supports embassy staff and families; training and safety compliance are required. Based at the West Hendon facility within the U.K., with opportunities to engage across a dynamic mission.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver welcome kits to new arrivals - be the friendly face that helps colleagues settle in
• Conduct inventories and routine safety inspections to keep our warehouse secure and efficient

This role is based at our warehouse in West Hendon.
