Warehouse Operative

Grantham – Full Time, Temp to Perm – £13.45 per hour

We have an opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join our Grantham based client on a Temp to Perm basis. An immediate start is available for this role with rotating shifts of 6am - 2pm and 2pm to 10pm.

The Role

• Receive and check incoming goods
• Safely store and rotate stock
• Pick and pack orders accurately

• Load and dispatch customer deliveries
• Complete stock checks and inventory tasks
• Operate manual handling equipment (jib cranes, forklifts, saws)
• Maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping

The Candidate

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Physically fit with manual handling ability
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Team player with good communication skills
• Forklift licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach)
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners is a plus
