Join us at GXO Logistics as a Senior Warehouse Operative based at our Virgin Media site in Glenrothes. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines warehouse responsibilities, customer interaction, and driving duties — no two days are the same!

This opportunity is offered on afull time, permanent contractwhereyou will be working onMonday – Friday, 07:00 – 16:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
  • Picking, packing, and supporting Virgin Media technicians while maintaining top-tier Health & Safety standards
  • Delivering excellent service to all customers — polite, prompt, and with accurate stock handling
  • Using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other digital tools to manage tasks efficiently
  • Prioritising a busy workload and escalating any issues to the operational management team
  • Performing van driving duties as part of your daily responsibilities
What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Excellentcustomer service skills– friendly, professional, and solution-focused
  • Solid understanding ofwarehouse operations
  • Comfortable using computers – ideally with WMS experience
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks and schedules
