Job summary

ManpowerGroup UK is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our Farnborough team. You’ll help keep the warehouse clean, safe, and running efficiently while supporting day-to-day operations.

Shifts are Monday to Friday 07:00–16:00 with a pay rate of £16 per hour and weekly pay. Benefits include access to Manpower Rewards, the MyPath upskilling programme, and 28 days’ holiday (pro rata).

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or packing role is desirable.
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail are essential.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills are required.
• A commitment to health and safety standards is important.

We're looking for a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team in Farnborough. You'll help keep the warehouse clean, safe, and running efficiently while supporting day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manual handling and movement of empty kegs
• General housekeeping and maintaining warehouse cleanliness
• Picking up and disposing of rubbish from warehouse floor areas
• Keeping work areas safe, tidy, and free from obstructions
• Supporting the warehouse team with basic operational tasks as required

What you'll bring:

• A positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Good organisational skills and a proactive approach
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Experience in a similar packing or warehouse role (desirable but not essential)
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
