Job summary

Hales Group is recruiting a Warehouse Operative for a busy Eye, Suffolk warehouse on a temporary basis until Christmas. Role involves loading/unloading, picking/packing, and ensuring accuracy and housekeeping in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience, good teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to handle manual tasks with a positive attitude. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:45pm.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or similar experience.
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexible and positive attitude towards work.
• Fit and able to undertake manual handling duties.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading stock from delivery vehicles and shipping containers
• Moving products to designated warehouse locations
• Completing rework activities as required
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Preparing goods for dispatch
• Completing associated paperwork and warehouse documentation

Hales Group are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team in Eye, Suffolk on a temporary basis until the end of the Christmas period.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual with previous warehouse experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring goods are received, processed and dispatched efficiently whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy and housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading stock from delivery vehicles and shipping containers
• Moving products to designated warehouse locations
• Completing rework activities as required
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Preparing goods for dispatch
• Completing associated paperwork and warehouse documentation
