Job summary

Interaction Recruitment in Exeter is seeking reliable Warehouse Operatives to join a busy distribution team. You will work in chilled and freezer environments, handling meat products and performing picking and packing duties. Shifts run from 6:00pm to finish (approximately 2:00am) or 8:00pm to finish (approximately 4:00am), Monday to Friday.

The role offers a £12.71 per hour rate and weekly performance bonuses. Candidates should be physically fit, punctual and comfortable with manual handling.

Warehouse Operative

Location: Exeter

Pay & Benefits

• £12.71 per hour
• Weekly performance bonuses ranging from £25 to £50, based on attendance, pick rate, and overall performance
• Monday to Friday shifts only, with the option to take on additional hours
