Inventory and Fulfilment Coordinator / Warehouse Operative

Location : Near Eccles, UK

Issue Date : January 2025

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory and Fulfilment Coordinator to join our growing manufacturing team near Eccles. You will help ensure smooth material flow, accurate stock levels, and timely order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage goods inwards, material movement, and storage.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and carry out cycle counts (FIFO / FEFO).
  • Work with Supply Chain and Procurement to support on-time delivery.
  • Pick, pack, and ship aftermarket orders.
  • Process shipping documentation.
  • Support process improvements and stocktakes.
  • Operate light manufacturing equipment as needed.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in warehouse, stores, or materials management (manufacturing preferred).
  • Familiar with ERP / MRP systems.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
