Kenect Recruitment is hiring Warehouse Operatives in Derby and the surrounding areas!

We’re looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals with a can‑do attitude to work as Warehouse Operatives.

Salary: Various hourly rates available, dependant on the workplace or shifts.

Shifts: Monday to Friday – Various shifts available

Various shifts are available to suit YOUR availability – choose from mornings, afternoons or nights, or a mix of them all on a rotation!

Location: Derby, Derbyshire

Role responsibilities:

• Moving and sorting packages in a busy warehouse environment.
• Lifting, up to 25kg.
• Packaging and dispatching customers’ orders.
• Conducting general warehouse duties such as replenishing stock within the warehouse and palletising items.
• Display excellent communication skills, speed and accuracy.
• Initiative, an eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Accurately follow instructions.
• You may be required to use manual handling equipment for bulkier items.
