A logistics company in East Hagbourne is seeking Warehouse Operatives to work in Didcot. Responsibilities include picking orders, loading products, and maintaining warehouse standards. Overview

We are currently looking for a number of Warehouse Operatives to join our well-established client in Didcot, Oxfordshire.

There is an opportunity to gain a permanent contract with our client, following a qualifying period.

Duties

• Picking orders via wrist scanner
• Loading products into cages
• Achieve picking and accuracy targets
• Picking on LLOP truck (training provided)
• Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Working in Chilled & Ambient departments

Working Hours and Pay

AM Shift: 6am – 2pm £14.21 per hour

PM Shift: 2pm – 10pm £15.35 per hour

Rotating weekly between AM & PM shifts

Overtime: £21.32 per hour

You will be required to work 5 days out of 7, so a degree of flexibility is required (Saturdays will always be off). Sundays will be flexible working hours.
