Job Overview

Join LKQ UK & Ireland as a Warehouse Operative and become an essential part of our fast-paced, high-energy logistics team. You’ll be responsible for picking, packing, and organising stock to ensure our customers receive the right parts on time, every time. If you're reliable, hardworking, and enjoy working in a hands-on environment, we’d love to have you on board. The workig hours are Monday to Friday, 15:00 - 23:30.

Key Responsibilities

• Contributing to the branch warehouse operations and customer service
• Ensuring all areas of the warehouse always conform to Health and Safety legislation
• Working to deliver a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPI measures in line with business goals and objectives
• Ensuring the branch is fully compliant in line with the branch standards to maintain a balanced performance.
• Providing a safe working environment within the warehouse for all team members and visitors
• Participating in a structured daily briefing to ensure you understand the key objectives and measures
• Achieving operational excellence by adhering to the branch standards
• Ensuring the branch is operationally efficient and correct controls and measures are in place to support stock management
• Focused to deliver a safety-first culture at all times
• Adhering to the returns, credits and warranty processes therefore enhancing customer experience and creating frictionless processes
• Delivering on shelf availability through completion of daily PI, Book In Book Out and annual stock take
