Job summary

CTRG Limited, a UK-based logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our busy team. You will handle picking, packing, loading, and stock control to keep brands moving quickly and in great condition.

We offer regular hours, a supportive team, and genuine opportunities to grow within a well-established business. Shifts include 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 4-on-4-off patterns with overtime available, plus access to Wagestream and Company Shop benefits.

From picking and packing to loading and stock control, you’ll help keep the UK’s favourite brands moving - fast, accurate, and in great condition.

What you’ll be doing

Picking and packing orders, loading and unloading deliveries, keeping stock organised, and working as part of a close-knit warehouse team in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts Available

Mon - Fri Days 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm rotating (30 mins unpaid break) £13.05 + £19.58 Overtime (Lots of Overtime Available)
Mon - Fri Twilight 2pm-10pm Fixed (30 mins unpaid break)
4 on 4 off days (0600-1800) - 30 mins unpaid break and 2 paid 15 minutes. £14.08 + £18.30 Overtime (Lots of Overtime Available)
4 on 4 off nights (1800-0600) - 30 mins unpaid break and 2 paid 15 minutes. £15.08 + £19.60 Overtime (Lots of Overtime Available)

Full training provided, experience is a plus but not essential.
