Job Description

Are you passionate about Warehouse and Logistic and looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic logistics company? We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Cullompton site. In this role, you will be using systems and scanners to receive and locate goods, pick and dispatch these goods, as well as general housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate warehouse systems to accurately receive, locate, pick, and dispatch goods, playing a key role in ensuring customers receive the right products on time. The role also involves unloading and reloading trunk and rigid box vehicles.
  • Handle all goods with care and precision, maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the process.
  • Replenish stock and consolidate inventory to keep our warehouse organised and ready for demand.
  • Support general warehouse tasks, including pallet wrapping, labelling, and preparing goods for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised workspace, ensuring all equipment is used responsibly and kept in good working order.
  • Complete essential paperwork and follow warehouse procedures, reporting any issues or defects promptly to help us continuously improve.
Required Experience
  • FLT Counterbalance certification is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Previous experience of working within a warehouse environment.
  • Good communication and team working skills.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to work within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
