Overview

We are currently recruiting for full‑time, permanent, Warehouse Operative to join us at our Willand site, supporting our customer, Howdens. From receiving and storing products to picking, packing, and dispatching orders you will be involved in all aspects of our warehouse operations.

Responsibilities
  • Engage in various warehouse activities, including picking and dispatching customer orders as well as loading and unloading trailers
  • Ensure quality is of the highest standards and all stock is handled with care, so it arrives at our customers in perfect condition
  • Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures around the warehouse and help promote a culture of this - safety is one of our core values
  • Provide key support to the site and take on any tasks that may be needed to help the smooth running of the operation

You will be working on a full‑time, permanent basis, Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 22:00 to 06:00.

  • Previous warehouse experience desirable but not essential
Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly rate of £14.34, annual salary of £29,829.70
  • Overtime pay at time and a half, paid over 40hrs
  • 28 days annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
