Job summary

A leading logistics company is seeking Warehouse Operatives for a full-time role primarily in Coventry. You will pick customer orders, load and offload deliveries, and ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures. Job description

An exciting opportunity for Warehouse Operatives has opened at our Greene King site.

Please note that for this role, training will be completed in our Northampton site. Our site will be moving to Coventry (CV3 4GA) in early 2026. Travel expenses for the training period will be paid by the company.

This is a full-time, permanent role. You will be working Monday to Friday, on the early shift (06:00 - 14:00).

What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Accurately picking of customer orders
  • Loading and offloading kegs deliveries counterbalance
  • Safely operating machines / equipment as per training according to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Stock replenishment, stock counting
  • Complying with agreed procedures to ensure a safe and legal working environment and consistent quality standards
What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Counterbalance licence desirable
  • Proven experience of driving counterbalance/ reach truck
  • Warehouse experience and understanding of inventory processes
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and adaptability
