Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking a reliable Warehouse Stores Assistant to support receipt, storage and dispatch of goods at our Canterbury site. You will help maintain a safe, organised warehouse and ensure accurate stock control.

Candidates should have warehouse or stores operative experience, good organisational skills and an ability to work as part of a team. Basic computer skills are an advantage and forklift training is a plus.

• Receive, inspect, and unload deliveries.

• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles.
• Report damaged or missing stock to supervisors.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Stores Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll help ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining a safe, organised, and accurate warehouse environment.

MUST HAVE WAREHOUSE OR STORES OPERATIVE EXPERIENCE

Pay - £12.71 per hour

Working Hours - MON to THUR 08:00-16:30 and FRI 08:00-13:30

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and unload deliveries.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer and internal orders.
• Organise and maintain stock within the warehouse.
• Carry out stock counts and assist with inventory control.
