Job summary

Baltic Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Dunstable, Bedfordshire. This temporary role offers £12.71–£18.80 per hour, with overtime and a potential path to a permanent contract.

You will pick and pack orders, scan stock, load and unload goods, label and palletise items, and maintain clean, safe working areas in line with Health & Safety procedures. Shifts are 2pm–10pm, five days a week.

Description

We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and reliable warehouse operatives to join our client’s team, one of the UK’s biggest and well-known retail groups in Dunstable.

This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who are hardworking, committed, and looking to build a long-term career in warehousing.

We are easily reachable by popular bus routes from Luton & Dunstable area.

As a Warehouse Operative, your daily tasks will include:

• Picking, packing, and processing orders


• Scanning and pricing stock


• Loading and unloading goods


• Labelling, sorting, and palletising items


• General warehouse cleaning and housekeeping


• Always Complying with Health & Safety procedures

Salary:

£12.71 plus OT at £16.12 p/hr
Increases after 12 weeks

Shifts Available:

• Back Shift


• 2pm – 10pm

5 days a week
