Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Salary: £28,044.72 (£26,044.72 Basic + £2,000 PA Shift Premium)

Location: Caerphilly

Shift Patterns: Rotating weekly across Days (06:00–14:00), Afternoons (14:00–22:00) and Nights (22:00–06:00)

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play an essential part in our day‑to‑day operations — from goods‑in and stock control to order picking and dispatch. You’ll help ensure that every customer receives the right products on time, every time.

What will you do?
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and picking lists.
  • Inspect goods to ensure quality, correct quantities, and damage‑free packaging.
  • Unload and load vehicles safely, including containers and delivery vehicles.
  • Maintain stock accuracy, assist with regular counts, and report any discrepancies.
  • Support goods‑in, goods‑out, and replenishment activities as needed.
  • Rotate stock effectively to ensure older items are used first.
  • Keep your work area clean, organised, and compliant with all safety procedures.
What are we looking for?
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred, not essential).
  • Forklift licence (Reach, Counterbalance, Bendy).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive, flexible attitude and team spirit.
