Job summary

Gap Personnel is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in the Burnley area to join a busy production environment. This hands-on role operates on rotating shifts from 6:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00, offering £13.45 per hour and a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Successful candidates will perform manual handling, ensure profiles are shrink-wrapped to quality standards, and meet production timescales. Heavy lifting is involved; previous experience is preferred but not essential.

• Receive, unload, and check incoming deliveries.

• Organise and store stock in designated warehouse locations.
• Carry out stock counts and assist with inventory management.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
• Report damaged stock, equipment faults, or safety concerns.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required to support business operations.

• 6:00am - 14:00pm

Role Overview
