With over 10,000 passionate employees and a turnover of €3.1 billion (2023), we’re growing fast, and we want you to grow with us.

In 2025, we’re expanding our Buckingham site and building brand-new operations teams. That’s where you come in.

Your Mission

As a Warehouse Operative at our newly expanded site, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of our operations. You’ll be at the heart of a fast-paced, high-energy environment where precision, teamwork, and pride in your work ensure that every customer receives the right product, at the right time, in perfect condition.

From the moment goods arrive to the moment they leave for delivery, you’ll be responsible for the safe handling, accurate assembly, and quality control of all raw materials and customer orders. This is your chance to be part of a fresh, motivated team driving operational excellence and helping Puratos Ltd deliver on its promise of quality and reliability, every single day.

What you will do

Using your passion for quality and collaboration, you will:

  • Pick and Pack with Precision - Ensure customer orders and production transfers are picked accurately and on time, so every delivery leaves our site complete, correct, and on schedule.
  • Own the Goods-In Process - Receive and process incoming goods efficiently, ensuring they meet quality standards and are recorded in SAP with all the right documentation.
  • Be a Stock Control Pro - Help us keep our inventory accurate and up to date by following FIFO principles, investigating discrepancies, and supporting regular stock counts.
  • Champion Cleanliness and Safety - Maintain high standards of housekeeping across the warehouse and perimeter and carry out daily checks on equipment to keep our workplace safe and efficient.
  • Lead the Way in Waste Management - Ensure all waste and recycling is handled promptly and correctly, supporting our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
  • Support Inventory Excellence - Assist with quarterly and year-end inventory counts, helping us maintain confidence in our stock levels and reporting.
  • Deliver on Quality and Compliance - Follow our Quality, HACCP, and TACCP systems to ensure every product meets the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Promote a Safety-First Culture - Actively contribute to a safe working environment by following Health & Safety policies and staying up to date with current legislation.
What we expect from you

At Puratos, we believe in more than just skills, we value the mindset and behaviours that drive success. Here’s what we expect from you:

  • Customer Focus - You’re curious about what people need, whether they’re colleagues or customers, and you act with care and efficiency to make their lives easier. You champion a customer-first mindset in everything you do.
  • Team Collaboration – You work with others in a spirit of trust and respect. You’re open to new ideas, build strong relationships, and aim for shared success, because we’re better together.
  • Clear Communication - You tailor your message to your audience, whether it’s face-to-face, in writing, or on the shop floor. You make sure everyone’s on the same page.
  • Continuous Improvement - You take pride in high standards and are always looking for ways to do things better. You embrace feedback, adapt to change, and never stop learning.
  • Performance Driven - You’re ambitious, accountable, and resilient. You plan smart, use resources wisely, and stay focused, even when things don’t go to plan.
