Job summary

Gap Personnel is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative in Northampton (NN7). The role is full-time with rotational shifts between 6:00 and 22:00, Monday to Friday, until ongoing. Training for LLOP (Low-Level Order Picker) will be provided.

You will be responsible for picking items for delivery to outlets across the UK, restocking and replenishment, loading and unloading stock, and supporting other general warehouse operations. Canteen, car park, showers and vending machines are available on site.

Warehouse Operative Rotational (This role is FULL TIME only)

Location: Northampton (NN7)

Commutable distance — You must live close to NN7 or have your own vehicle; public transport is not available early enough for a 06:00 start time.

The Role:

Duties include picking items for delivery to outlets across the UK.

Additional responsibilities:

• Restocking and replenishment
• Loading and unloading stock
• Supporting other general warehouse operations

LLOP (Low-Level Order Picker) training will be provided to all staff

Salary £13.05 per hour

Hours of work as a Warehouse Operative: Monday to Friday

6am – 2pm and 2pm – 10pm Rotational

This is a ROTATIONAL SHIFT ONLY
