Job summary

Nexus People are recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our client at Hams Hall near Birmingham. Training is provided and no previous experience is required. You will join a team earning a competitive hourly rate with immediate starts and weekly pay.

Role includes picking/packing, loading/unloading, and operation of crane or LLOP/PPT after training, with full-time shifts across days, backs, and weekends where applicable.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• UK resident and able to travel to site.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders in a warehouse environment.
• Operate crane for certain tasks (training provided).
• Use LLOP or PPT equipment after training.
• Load and unload pallets, manual handling.

Pay Rate: £12.71 to £22.32 p/h

Experience: None required - full training given

Contract: Temp to Perm (after 12 weeks)

Warehouse Operative - The role and responsibilities:

• Picking & Packing Orders in a Warehouse environment
  • Picking using a crane
  • operating a LLOP or a PPT (full training provided)
• Loading and unloading pallets and stock
• Manual handling required
• Maintaining a clean & tidy workplace

This role may require other duties, so it would be beneficial if you were flexible and willing to learn new skills.

About you:

You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift.We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
