Anglia Plastics in Biggleswade is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our warehouse team. The role covers picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch, using counterbalance forklifts, and supporting daily transport planning. Permanent, full-time position with 8.00am - 4.30pm hours.
You will contribute to efficient stock control, accurate order processing and safe warehouse operations while upholding our standards of teamwork and quality. A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset is required.

What you will be doing
Working as part of the Warehouse team, the Warehouse Operative plays an important role in making sure customer orders are picked and packed to a high standard. The aim is to get things right first time and meet our customer service excellence targets. The role also includes providing a quick and accurate picking service for our Production team, supporting the wider operations function, and helping us uphold the company’s mission, vision, and values.

Previous warehouse experience including operating Counterbalance and a strong awareness of Health & Safety practices within a warehouse
