Warehouse Operations Manager – Nights

Location: Waltham Cross
Salary: £50,000 – £56,000 per annum
Hours: 45 hours per week | start times between 18:00 – 21:00 starting on Sunday
Reporting to: Head of Warehouse Operations

Are you an experienced warehouse leader ready to take ownership of a large-scale night operation?

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager – Nights to lead, inspire and optimise our night warehouse function. This is a senior operational role with full accountability for performance, people leadership, service levels and cost control across the night shift.

You’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding operational performance through strong leadership of Team Managers and their teams, embedding best practice, driving continuous improvement and creating a customer‑centric, high‑engagement culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a senior warehouse or logistics management role, ideally within a fast‑paced environment
• Strong leadership capability with experience managing and developing management teams
• Commercially aware with a strong grasp of productivity, cost control and KPI delivery
• Confident decision‑maker with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of health & safety, compliance and continuous improvement
• Flexible and resilient approach, comfortable working night shifts
