Loom Talent are supporting a client with the appointment of a Warehouse Operations Manager - Nights, in Hemel Hempstead.

As Warehouse Operations Manager - Nights you will lead a team of around 40 teams and will play a significant role in the overall success of the site.

In the role of Warehouse Operations Manager - Nights you will be responsible for the following:

• Exceeding expectations in service, KPIs & operations
• Leadership & development of the warehouse teams
• Driving efficiency & continuous improvement across the site
• Employee engagement & accountability through coaching and personal development
• Talent & succession planning for the site
• Site health and safety
