About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse team and oversee day-to-day operations. This is a senior, hands‑on role that offers genuine autonomy. Must demonstrate flexibility and be able to structure working hours around operational needs. You’ll play a key role in shaping our warehouse strategy, managing people and processes, and driving continuous improvement. We’re seeking someone who can combine strong leadership with a practical understanding of warehouse efficiency, safety, and performance, with a keen eye to cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations including goods in/out, storage, logistics, and inventory control.
- Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team to deliver high standards and meet KPIs.
- Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, accuracy, and safety.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to align warehouse operations with overall business goals.
- Manage staffing levels, rotas, and workflows with a focus on flexibility and efficiency.
- Exercise full autonomy in day-to-day decision‑making while contributing to long‑term operational planning.

- Proven experience in a senior warehouse, logistics, or operations management role.

- Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
