About the Role

Drivetrain is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Warehouse Officer to join our Welshpool branch on a permanent full‑time basis. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and movement of goods within our warehouse.

This role will report to the Branch Manager and collaborate closely with the Stores Team.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Manage daily warehouse operations with a focus on accuracy and service.
  • Receive, allocate, and store incoming goods both physically and in our ERP system.
  • Monitor and manage inventory counts through accurate stock control and regular cycle counts.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all goods movements.
  • Ensure timely and safe packaging, delivery, and collection of goods.
  • Uphold high standards of data entry and inventory control.
About You
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in a stores/warehouse environment.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks to changing workloads.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience using Microsoft suite.
  • Current Driver's Licence.
Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Experiences:
  • High Risk Work Licence – Forklift (LF).
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
