Night Operations Manager - UK

Location: Warrington
Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 20:00-06:00
Salary: £45,000 per annum

Are you an experienced warehouse or logistics professional looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a Night Operations Manager to oversee and lead our UK night operation, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe running across our network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the UK night operation
• Lead, motivate, and support night shift teams to achieve KPIs and service targets
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and operational standards
• Work closely with other departments to maintain seamless day-to-day operations
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions
