Job summary

TLD EUROPE is seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse and dispatch operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures efficient material flow from Goods-In through to production supply, packing and dispatch.

You will manage a multi-skilled team (9 employees), drive continuous improvements in stock accuracy, productivity, and layout, while maintaining Health & Safety standards. Strong leadership and planning are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse team in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong focus on stock accuracy and process improvement.
• Proven ability to manage goods-in, dispatch and production supply.

Responsibilities

• Lead all warehouse activities including Goods-In, inventory control, picking, packing, dispatch, and Goods-Out.
• Coach and develop the warehouse team (9 employees) to drive accountability and high performance.
• Plan and allocate resources to support production and customer demand.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy through stock control and cycle counting.
• Ensure timely receipt, system booking, and material availability for production.
• Oversee on-time supply of materials to production and shipment of finished goods.
• Monitor and improve warehouse KPIs such as stock accuracy, productivity, and dispatch.
• Drive continuous improvements across warehouse processes, layout, and material flow.
• Maintain high Health & Safety, housekeeping, and discipline.

The successful candidate will manage and develop a multi-skilled team, ensuring operational priorities are met while driving continuous improvements in stock accuracy, productivity, material flow, and overall warehouse performance. Strong leadership, resource planning, and a proactive approach to process improvement are essential.

Your missions :

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse processes, layout, and material flow.
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, housekeeping, and operational discipline.
