Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a senior supervisory role within the FMCG or food sector.
• Knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS), stock control, and packing inspection processes.
• Excellent understanding of food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.
• Experience conducting safety and compliance audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including packing inspection, goods in/out, stock control, and dispatch.
• Manage and optimise the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead and maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, housekeeping, and safety standards.
• Drive operational improvements, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
• Develop, coach, and motivate your team to achieve operational targets.
