The Role:

We're looking for a proactive Warehouse Manager to lead a team of 20 colleagues in our fast‑paced warehouse. You'll drive performance, ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time, and maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and service.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, motivate, and develop your team to hit KPIs
• Plan and allocate resources effectively
• Promote a strong customer service and continuous improvement culture
• Monitor performance and take corrective action where needed
• Uphold all Health & Safety and hygiene standards
